What is free?

Every course video is free on YouTube, including the exam Q&A videos. The first practice lab of every course is free too. Paid plans add every lab guide, every practice simulation, mock exams, saved progress and certificates.

How does a practice lab work?

Practice: you hear each step and click the right place yourself; miss, and the target lights up with a spoken hint. Exam mode: no voice, no highlights, no hints, and your score at the end. Watch: the lab plays itself, step by step.

Is it a subscription?

Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period through Razorpay, until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from your account, or e-mail support@skillspragati.com. You will not be charged for the next period, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

No. Payments are non-refundable, including partly used periods. If you were charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, by mistake, we reverse that charge. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Monthly or yearly?

Both unlock every course and every lab. Yearly costs about ₹667 a month (save 44%) and includes every new course for 12 months; monthly suits one exam in a month or two.

How do I pay?

UPI, cards and net banking in India, and international cards, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Do I need an Azure or Microsoft 365 subscription?

Not for the practice simulations: they run in your browser and never touch a real tenant. The hands-on labs use your own trial or subscription, and every lab shows what it costs and how to clean it up.
