Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all plans sold by Skills Pragati on skillspragati.com.

Cancel any time

• The Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account, or by e-mailing support@skillspragati.com from the e-mail address on your account. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.
• Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next period.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops.
• To stop the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partly used periods, and periods in which you did not use the Service. We do not give pro-rated refunds when you cancel part-way through a period.

Charges made in error

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation we had confirmed, because of an error on our side or our payment partner's, e-mail support@skillspragati.com with the payment reference. We will check and reverse the wrong charge to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirming it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
